Five Business Tips
1. 5 Ways to Keep Fit In The Office

Too many of us spend too much of our time sitting at a desk. I know that at the office we all do! So last time I was at the Maidemnhead 4Networking Breakfast, I asked Matt Wadie from Focusing on You to give me five ways that we could help to stay fit in the office. Matt kindly took the time to write a quick article to include in the newsletter. So if you are worried about how your daily activities may be affecting your health, then take a look at Matt's advice.

3. Give to Charity and Save yourself Tax at the same time!

How many passwords, pin numbers and other information do you have? If you're anything like us, it’s probably a lot. Or maybe you just have one or two that you reuse on many different accounts. And if you do you’ve probably thought about the fact that if your passwords get found out you could potentially have some serious ID theft problems...

4. Advertising Online 1 - why and how?

The PDF format is one of the most popular file formats in business today. It’s fast and light and not only can it be read by the free Acrobat Viewer, it is also readable by Website browsers. This makes the PDF format very useful for creating downloads, send e-mail attachments and more. Unfortunately many of the PDF creators on the market are a little pricey. But why pay for it when you don’t have to?

Five Coffee Break Links
5 free distractions on the web. Now, use these with caution! Don’t end up spending longer than your coffee break on them! We’re not responsible if you lose useful working hours to these. Remember you have a whole month to play with them until we send you the next ones so don't use them all at once!
1. The 'Falling Sand' game

Actually not a game where you there is a task to complete – just different types of falling materials (water, sand, salt, oil) and the ability to channel them by drawing walls. Sounds pretty basic huh? That’s why it can get a tad obsessive. If you enjoy it then try to grow a row of trees!

2. Samorost

This is a puzzle game with a difference – beautiful graphics reminiscent of Monty Python’s Flying Circus and some genuinely funny elements, you must guide your little space traveller through a series of screens to get him to the end of his journey. Have fun playing and if you manage to successfully complete it, perhaps you’ll tell the rest of us how you did it!

3. Simplenomics Blog

This site is dedicated to carrying on the art and science of using simple common sense when you sell, market and advertise, which was very prevalent before common sense disappeared from everyday life. This was before the world was overcome with pseudo-educated, buzzword using bluffers posing as marketers.
So why is it not in the Business tips section? Because it’s so easy to read and interesting it’s worth taking a look whilst you have your coffee – after all, you can’t just play games at coffee time now, can you!

4. Watercolours gallery

Last issue we gave you a link to a great photographer, so this month we thought traditional art would have a platform.
Minh Dam is a Polish artist from Warsaw who paints beautiful watercolours of the cities of Europe. Enjoy.

Fancy getting your mind stimulated during your coffee break? Well take a look at the online version of The Spectator. Filled with Politics, books, arts and culture, food and drink and much more, there is something for everyone. Our personal favourite is Ron Liddle’s blog – often amusing, always observant.
